30-Day Returns and Exchanges Policy

It is our goal to ensure that every purchase you make at Bogett.com should bring you not only some of the finest pieces of jewelry, but also gives you joy and satisfaction.

Even if you are not sure whether you'll like your purchase, you need not worry; we give you 30 days to consider the items risk free.

Though we are confident in the superb quality of our merchandize, if for any reason you are not completely delighted with our products or services, you can return it to us for refund or exchange within the conditions specified below.

We strive to make sure that our site recreates jewelry as closely as possible, but the detail and color you see will depend on the individual settings of your monitor.

The shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur.

The 30-day period applies for refund or exchange, so please have the return package postmarked within the 30-day period based on the date we shipped the order to you. We suggest that you ship your order via Federal Express or UPS to make tracking your return easier.

Custom Orders

Special order or Custom made items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned. All custom made items are clearly marked as such on the site. If you have any questions, before placing special custom order, please contact us via:

Easy Return Instructions

  • On the back of your invoice/receipt/packing slip circle the items you are returning.
  • Please indicate the reason for your return.
  • Designate whether the shipment is an Exchange or Refund (You have 30 days from the date we shipped the order to you for a refund or an exchange).
  • Contact us at 1-877-4 BOGETT (1-877-426-4388) (M - F 9AM to 5PM EST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Write that number on your shipping label (the upper left corner of the back of your invoice/receipt/packing slip).
  • Place all items you are returning, with their original packaging, the appraisal certificate and including the original invoice/receipt/packaging slip in the box.
  • Completely fill out the shipping label and affix it to the outside of the box.
  • We recommend that you use UPS for all return shipping. UPS provides package tracking and proof of delivery.
  • Insure Your Package. You must insure your package for the full retail price of the item(s) included. Please keep the proof of your insurance until the return transaction is completed.*.

Upon receiving your return, the item(s) will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department, and as soon as it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.

Please note: Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Bogett.com), or damaged in any way, other than manufacturing defects, cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Bogett.com Return Authorization code as well as packages that are not properly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.
