How can I order jewelry from Bogett.com?

We at Bogett.com strive to make your shopping experience as easy and simple, as possible. While browsing our site, choose the items that you'd like to acquire and place them into your Shopping Cart by clicking on the [Add to Shopping Cart] button located next to all our available products. This does not indicate that you are required to buy anything! You can edit the items and quantities in your Shopping Cart at any time.

How do I know if you received my order?

Upon completion of your purchase you will be prompted to click on [Submit Order] button. When your order is recorded in our system you will get a confirmation message on the screen including the order number. If there are any issues with the information on your order you will notified what the issues is. You will have the ability to go back and resolve the issue. What if I am not happy with my purchase?

Though we are confident in the superb quality of our merchandize, if for any reason you are not completely delighted with our products, you can return it to us for refund or exchange within 30 days within the conditions of our Returns & Exchanges policy.

I want to return my purchase but I can't find the appraisal certificate.

The appraisal certificate is a document prepared by an experienced jeweler in our facilities, for each item in our inventory, which takes up time and effort. For that reason, we require that you return the certificate for each item that you purchase. Though we offer these certificates free of charge, complimentary with your purchase, if you can't return it to us you'll be charged a replacement fee.

Could I cancel part of my order or my order completely?

As long as order has not been processed, you can cancel any part of your order. The status of your order will be reflected in your account on the Bogett.com site; you will also be notified via e-mail about any other status changes, including processing of your order. After the order has been processed it is no longer possible to make any cancellations.

Will you ship my purchase outside of US?

Yes. Currently, internationally, we ship our jewelry only to Canada and UK. Please note, Bogett.com reserves the right to decline international shipping at our own discretion. In case of such an occurrence we will immediately notify you.

Would it be possible to keep my purchase a surprise?

What should I do if I need my ring resized?

If for any reason the ring you received from us does not fit you, if you'll return it to us within 45 days from its shipping date, Bogett.com will gladly resize, exchange or refund your purchase. Please note that many rings available on our site cannot be resized due to the specifics of design and materials, and could be available in a limited number of sizes, those rings that cannot be resized are marked accordingly.

If, however, it is possible to resize the ring, this service is offered free of charge** and the work should be completed within 10 to 15 business days.
