(by a jeweler other than Bogett.com), or damaged in any way, other than
manufacturing defects.
After signing for the delivery the sole responsibility
for the insurance and safeguarding of the product(s) is transferred from Bogett.com
to the customer*. Consequently Bogett.com shall no longer be held
responsible (liable) for any damages, theft, or loss that may occur afterwards.
If for any reason the ring you received from us does not
fit you, if you'll return it to us within 45 days from its shipping date, Bogett.com
will gladly resize, exchange or refund your purchase. Please note that many
rings available on our site cannot be resized due to the specifics of design
and materials, and could be available in a limited number of sizes, those rings
that cannot be resized are marked accordingly.
If, however, it is possible to resize the ring, this
service is offered free of charge* and the work should be completed
within 10 to 15 business days. Before sending the ring to Bogett.com,
